I'm onto part 2 of my adventure through The Box of Many Things. There's is about a bakers dozen of games in it for me to get through and write about. I sincerely do ask for recommendations of games both old and new, amazingly good or joyfully terrible. I filling in the gaps of my gaming youth and if you recommend it to me i will play it beginning to end and tell you what i thought.

Just give me time to get through all this awesome right quick.

OK, here we go.....

Old Games

PS2  R.A.D - Robot Alchemic Drive

Cool game where you control your own 250ft mech by remote control equipped with a jet pack to get around with. You can stand on the building next to it while it battles giant invaders attaching parts of Tokyo or ride shotgun on its shoulder. One of my favorite older titles.

PS2 Dropship: United Peace Force

Challenging tactical fighter in which I found to be a lot of fun. The missions never get repetitive and there are around twenty different missions. Don't expect an amazing story though. Standard war in the future for depleted resources angle. Still a lot of fun. Before the days of multiplayer unfortunately, something that would of been awesome for this game.

PS2 Maximo: Ghosts to Glory and Maximo Vs. The Army of Zin

These both were solid games and if you were a fan of the older Capcom Ghouls N Ghosts and Ghost n Goblins series this is the next gen from that genre. Both have hours of gameplay and the graphics looked good for its time. Worth a play through.

Dreamcast Legacy of Kain: Soulreaver

Now that Square Enix has control over Edios, I would love to see this genre brought back. This game has so much potential to be an awesome remake and the story line was awesome. Id like to see them retell it from the beginning on an current platform. Definitely worth checking out.

Dreamcast  Revolt

Who doesn't like playing with toy RC cars? This game was a lot of fun. It had a ton of different RC cars to unlock and choose from and the level were challenging. I spent most of my time on the track editor though. Big jumps with the UFO is where its at.

Dreamcast Toy Commander

Where a child's toys and imagination turn into a war across the entire house. Control mini airplanes and equipment, fight bosses and complete missions from air strikes to car races. A really great game that I would love to see remade into a polished DLC title.

N64 Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire

Fight the Empire with Kyle Kattarn in his ship the Outrider in this oldie but a goodie title from the N64. Interesting plot which weaves itself into the movies. Kyles strikes me as a wanna be Hans Solo.

Got a bunch more suggestions if you want em...

(unnecessary quoting is unnecessary)

Loved the shit out of shadows of the empire. Everything else is mostly foreign to me and i would love to take a crack at them.
