Man fuck Shao Kahn.. like 50 tries later I haven't beaten him one round with Raiden, which is whom you're stuck with in Story Mode. Can't change difficulty because then you have to start all the way over and I'm NOT about to go through this fucking 8 hour story mode again any time soon.

Nevermind, there's a super easy pattern and I whipped his monkey ass at street hoops. Now that Story Mode is done, I think I'm probably done with that game though.

Supposedly there's a patch for online coming soon. So we'll see if they fix the train-wreck that is MK online.

I wish I knew what Shanook (sp?) is because he looked cool. Hopefully he's involved in MK10. That Story Mode is the shit though. Oh, and where the hell is Motaro? He seems like one of the very few characters not featured in the game outside rendered cutscene.

Shinnok is some Elder God pope dude from Outworld. After Shao Kahn got killed, he became the main villain. It's pretty much a lock that he'll be in 10. (He ain't no Shao Kahn though)
And as for Motoro, Raiden torpedoes his ass through the bridge when you meet Stryker.

First stealth update of the game is out:
Reduced some of Kung Lao's combo and overall damage.
Reduced the damage on some special moves.
Increased the damage scaling after Kitana's Enhanced ground fan toss.
Adjusted some juggle's damage scaling.
Reduced the damage on some basic combos that were doing too much damage without using any meter.
Increased Sheeva's damage output for several of her moves and attacks.
Temporarily Changed around some of Sonya's fighting style properties to reduce her ability to lock someone down in block stun.
Changed Kano's Towards Front Kick to a low block.
Reduced the recovery on Kano's Upball to be closer to Johnny Cage's Flip Kick recovery.
Increased the damage of some of Baraka's special moves and attacks. It is easier to juggle combo after hitting someone with Baraka's chopchop on the ground.
Increased the damage scaling on a frozen opponent.
Baraka's Away Front Kick, Front Punch combo is now a true popup.
Reduced some of Reptile's combo damage.
TL;DR version-Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Reptile, Sonya nerfed; Kitana, Baraka, Sheeva buffed. Kano changed a bit

Ninja edits.. they really should post those updates in-game instead of on the website.
