First of all, Rich.. 

Regarding Assassin's Creed:

AC1 - Amazing. Groundbreaking. Full-length game.
AC2 - Somehow much much better than AC1. Full-length game.
ACB - Direct sequel to AC2, basically IS AC3. Full-length game + multiplayer.
ACR - Simultaneous stories for Altair, Ezio, and Desmond across a single setting and three timelines.

This is a huge franchise with solid entries across the board. The FB, DS, 3DS, iPhone, PSP, and comics are just extended lore in the same vein as Mass Effect and Halo books and comics.

Quit trollin'. You're smarter than that. Add something instead of bitching about how every company isn't catering to you.

Maybe because I wasn't exposed to the hype, but it was one of the best experiences I'd ever had in a game up to that point. I literally had zero complaints outside minor story gripes that ultimately faded.
