So it says right in it that it's the end of the series. Bane, Ra's al Ghul, Scarecrow, Catwoman, and Penguin all rumored to be in this one so I guess maybe Batmango gets overwhelmed and hangs it up? I don't know about them ending it though. I like Nolan's take on the series.

Movie ends with Bane breaking Batman's back.

Something like that.

Though I personally think it'll have an uplifting ending.  Maybe Batman finding love with Selina Kyle and the city coming to accept him as their hero, law enforcement keeping off his tail, etc.

I think it'll end with Gordon narrating how Gotham City came to respect and rely on Batman, and kind of give a "and we all lived happily ever after, but only 'cause Batman keeps villains away in our screwed up city" sense of closure.
