The original Breath of Fire. I loved that game. Slap a new coat of paint on it and I'd buy it immediately. Hell, they could just release it on XBLA in its original form and I'd take it.

Breath of Fire 1 and 2 were fantastic. I remember seeing Capcom AND Squaresoft on the box and I was instantly sold.

Yeah because you would play it and be an embarrassment to all civil war veterans still alive today.

I would have to say System Shock 2.
Bioshock is like system shock for dummies.

Legend of Dragoon, I made my way through that one... Was a pretty memorable RPG that never lived up to its 4 year dev time.

Strider: oh hell yes... This was my favorite arcade game of all time. - But Strider 2 sucked... so Im not sure.

If Any FF was going to be remade, it would HAVE to be VI... Next would be 1, so they can revamp the entire story and not ruin anything for the delicate Sqeenix fanbase.

Xcom is something that has lots of promise, which is why im so glad that its getting a redux.

But there was another that gave me chills when playing and that was Star Control 2. This game was amazing, it was the only game that truely made space feel like a cold, empty, and unforgiving place. Mystery, Exploration, and Deplomacy are the main driving factors, as well as a fun and challenging battle system. You dont plan your trip right.... You run out of Fuel and your stuck in space... Forever. The choices you made really had an impact on what was possible later in the game. Resources and Economy in the game was top notch. And if you were too slow in getting everything in order... you watch the Ur-Quan eradicate every other race in the sector, then finally earth.  Im fairly sure this game and Xcom are still the main reasons I still have nightmares about aliens taking over earth.

But the one that I think would be the most successful, StarTropics, you know its about time... Any time you can crush people with a yo-yo, You have a winner!

I'd like if they could remake Parasite Eve. The original still creeps me out and is definitely still entertaining, but man, does it ever need a graphical overhaul.

And they should release an XBLA version of Jackal, damn it!

Oh god, PE 1 & 2 = Happy Molly. With all the remakes Square has been doing, and with the imminent release of The Third Birthday on the PSP, I would hope that remakes for these games are in the works, but I highly doubt it. The best we'll get are the games being released on the PSN for $10 a pop. I am disappoint.
