I agree with Molly on Inglourious Basterds and The Shawshank Redemption. She has good taste.

Inception is rather recent and would be to your liking if you're a Matrix fan. Chances are, if you're geeky, you'll love it. The Wizard from 1989 was rather enjoyable for me too even though there's not much action in it. It does however involve gaming and will bring back those memories of 16 bit video games indulgences and trips to the arcade where you'll spot occasional mullets. LAWLZ.
Tekken just came out not too long ago and it was rather corny which is to expected since Streetfighter is in the same genre. The action isn't as disappointing though, so you might want to watch it for lawlz.


The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is quite violent and disturbing. If you're into that shyiiiit, then it's up your alley.
